You do the right things. Eat well, practice yoga, exercise, yet your health isn't where you want it to be. You want full energy integrity, to feel balanced, have more you time, be well rested and age skillfully. Erica is an integrative health coach teaching a 10 week course with daily rituals based in Yoga and Ayurveda and the science of how these practices work in our bodies. Ayurveda is known as the sister science to Yoga. The Ayurvedic lifestyle rituals you will learn instill vibrancy, longevity and will be transformative. This ancient wellness wisdom is the doorway to a lifelong journey of healthful living and expanding consciousness. As a group we will be making time for what matters!
